"The wine has a clear, bright greenish yellow color. Aromas are estery with pear-drop notes, pear, citrus & a slight toastiness. The wine is dry & of mid-weight. It is fresh with ripe-pear fruit and slight dairy touches. Vibrant acidity ensures the finish is clean & lively. Alcohol is balanced & there is a long, lean finish showing cedar & vanilla notes."
