Pure Negroamaro from Copertino. Made from late picked grapes with second fermentation. We drank it alongside half a dozen of Beaujolais, and they actually compliment each other. ?️ Deep ruby; ? Dark fruit forward - plum, dried fruits, oaky, chocolate; ? Acidic, medium-plus body - punchy but not overdone, off dry, soft tannins, with fig-like sweetness in its finish.
